Who we are

À Maintenant is an app developed by Digital Manny, France.

What data we collect

• The text of the task and context you enter: sent to Anthropic's API (Claude) to generate the micro-steps. This text is only kept on our servers if you're signed in and complete the task (see "History" below); otherwise it isn't stored after generation.
• An anonymous device identifier: generated and stored locally on your device, not linked to your identity, used to apply the daily free limit (3 breakdowns/day) and run your day streak if you're not signed in.
• Your time zone (e.g. "Europe/Paris"): sent with each session to work out your local day — it's that day, not a universal one, that determines when your free limit resets and how your streak is calculated. Stored on your account or device; a change only takes effect once every 24 hours.
• Your browser's language, or your manual choice via the "FR · EN" link in the footer: determines both the interface language and the language of the steps the AI generates (French or English). Stored on your device, and on your account if you're signed in.
• If you create an account: your email address, used only as a sign-in identifier (a 6-digit code sent by email, never a password).
• If you're signed in and complete a task: it's saved to your history (task, context, steps, date) so you can find and replay it on any device. You can delete a task individually at any time from History. Viewing the History screen is reserved for Unlimited accounts, but your sessions keep being recorded for your account even on the free plan.
• An optional nickname, if you choose to set one in Settings — currently shown nowhere else in the app, intended for future use.

We don't collect your name (beyond the optional nickname you choose yourself), or any other data that directly re-identifies you outside of your email.

Analytics

We measure app usage ourselves, on our own servers, with no advertising tracker or third-party analytics tool: session started, step completed, free-limit wall or Unlimited offer shown, share clicked, checkout started and succeeded. These events are linked to your account or device, never to an advertising profile, and are never sold or shared. They're kept for 90 days and then automatically deleted. A rounded, total count of users who have ever started a session may be shown publicly in the app (no individual detail).

The site also uses Vercel Web Analytics (aggregated, anonymized usage measurement, no tracking cookie), provided by our host.

Payment and subscription

Payments are processed by Stripe, which collects the information needed (email, payment method) to handle your transaction. We never see or store your card details. You can manage your subscription (payment method, invoices, cancellation) at any time from Settings, via the Stripe customer portal.

Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Settings.

• If you have no active subscription: your account and history are deleted immediately and permanently.
• If you have an active subscription: deletion takes effect at the end of your current paid period (you keep Unlimited access until then, at no extra cost); your account, history, and subscription are then permanently erased. You can cancel this request at any time before that date, from Settings.

Sub-processors

• Anthropic — processes the task and context text to generate the steps
• Cloudflare — hosts the server that handles the free limit, accounts, history, and subscription status
• Resend — sends the emails containing the sign-in code
• Stripe — processes payments and the subscription management portal
• Vercel — hosts the site

AI-generated content

The steps shown in the app are generated automatically by an AI model (Claude, by Anthropic) based on what you write. They are neither reviewed nor written by a human before being shown to you.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting us at procrasti.contact@gmail.com — or delete your account yourself directly from Settings.

Children's privacy

À Maintenant is not intended for children under 15.
