1. Purpose

À Maintenant is an app that helps you start a task you've been putting off, by breaking it down into micro-steps with the help of AI.

2. Service description

• Free version: 3 task breakdowns per day, reset every day at midnight in your local time zone. Usable without creating an account.
• Account (optional, free): sign in with email + a 6-digit code, never a password — lets you save your task history on our servers.
• Unlimited version: unlimited breakdowns, history access, and an automatic joker that protects your streak if you miss a day (at most one every 7 days). Requires an account, cancellable at any time. Two plans to choose from: €2.99/month, or €23.99/year (equivalent to €2.00/month).

3. Subscription and payment

Payment is processed by Stripe. The subscription (monthly or annual, depending on the plan chosen) renews automatically at each term until cancelled, which you can do at any time from Settings (Stripe customer portal) or by contacting us at procrasti.contact@gmail.com. If you cancel, Unlimited access stays active until the end of the period already paid for (monthly or annual); it is not renewed after that, and no pro-rated refund is given for the current period.

4. Account and deletion

Accounts are created by email, with no password. You can delete your account at any time from Settings: immediately if you have no active subscription, or deferred to the end of your current paid period if you're subscribed (your access stays active until then).

5. AI-generated content

The steps suggested are generated automatically by an AI model, for guidance only. They are in no way medical, psychological, professional, or therapeutic advice.

6. Acceptable use

No unlawful use, and no attempt to circumvent the service's limits.

7. No warranty

À Maintenant is provided "as is", with no guarantee of continuous availability.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, no liability for indirect damages arising from use of the app.

French law.
